Changes
Changes are best raised early. Depending on the written scope, a requested change may affect discovery, preparation, implementation, review, handoff and timing.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions for a paid engagement are stated in the separate written terms. Outcomes may depend on completed work, agreed discovery, committed resources and materials already prepared.
Refunds
Refund questions relate to a particular paid agreement, not to use of this public site. Completed work and work subject to an agreed proportionate payment arrangement may be treated differently from work that has not begun.
